I have a teenage daughter who needed her “brows waxed” ( her words, not mine ), and so I had to do my research, and since Ulta was near to me and reputable for their friendly customer service, this turned out to be exactly that. Let me say that Zoe took great care of my daughter’s eyebrows. She took her time lining her eyebrows and was patient with my requests.
