*Revised below*-So I scheduled a consultation online with Josie but she wasn’t there. The senior stylist said she would be able to see me and give me a consultation. The major issues to me: 1-I went to check out it was $220 to get 2 highlight colors (red/blonde) & haircut. Red barely noticeable. 2-Cut- sides are way shorter than back & daughter said I look uneven. 3- I had a pool party at my job 2 DAYS LATER and several residents mentioned that whoever did my hair didn’t go to the root.

I have enjoyed beautiful colors with vibrant shine that really last!! All of the stylists and colorists that work here follow her mantra of client first. I got my hair done recently by Cathy and I was so pleased with the end result! She took the time to listen to what I wanted to do with my hair style. Her skill and talent with my color and cut was incredible! Cathy helped me feel more beautiful! The salon itself is such a cool urban design that was clean and welcoming. I really felt welcomed while I was there for my appointment. I will definitely be coming back!

Fabulous salon, where the clients are made to feel like family. We love our visits here, Kathy is amazing with both of my daughters’ hair. Today they had a little bit of color put in to celebrate the kick off of summer. Looks great!! Bea does my haircuts and color, I’m always so happy with the results.

I arrived here extremely sad because my hair was so damage and uneven due to a previous experience in another salon but Josie at Bellisima did such an amazing job! She was so cautious and made sure I was happy with what she was doing. She did a treatment and cut my hair better than what I was hoping because of how damaged it was. I am extremely happy with the results. Also, it is such a pretty salon and all the staff were very welcoming. I highly recommend. (:

Needless to say, I haven’t been feeling well emotion or physically since the loss of my son on Thanksgiving to cancer complications. My son’s funeral is out of town an we would be leaving that evening around 12:30am. The compassionate team at Bellisama Salon was able to get me in immediately with Paige. Her caring nature made me feel so welcomed an comforted. The owner an the receptionist were so compassionate an added to my amazing overall experience. Words really can’t describe the wonderful experience I had here. My hair style was perfect. I felt more calm an welcomed then I have in a long time. Thank you Paige for making me feel that my son would be happy to see me look beautiful for him. You are all in my prayers. Thank you from my heart ! Needless to say, I haven’t been feeling well emotion or physically since the loss of my son on Thanksgiving to cancer complications. I’m very disappointed. I was looking for a new stylist and so far have had 2 good haircuts here, the last one was 3 weeks ago. But I realized almost immediately that my bangs had not been trimmed and were still way too long. I couldn’t get back there until the next Saturday, so when I called to see if they could fit me in for a bang trim I was told the stylist who did my cut was not working that day. No problem, I said, can someone else just give me a quick trim before I pick up the scissors and do it myself? Nope. They were too busy. I calmly explained that I just needed someone to trim my bangs, I didn’t even need to sit down in a chair, it would take 30 seconds. The receptionist went to check with someone and came back a few minutes later…Nope. I explained to her that I had spent $70 on a haircut and I was not satisfied at all…I told her I really didn’t want to have to find another salon but I would if they couldn’t work me in at ANY time that day, (and I was VERY flexible. Just tell when someone has a few minutes and I’ll be there). Nope…..no time. Ladies…anyone who has bangs knows it takes very little time to just take off a little length. The bottom line is that as a customer I was not valuable enough to every stylist in that room to take 30 seconds and make sure that I was happy. I won’t be spending my money there ever again and I won’t be recommending that anyone else does. There are too many good stylists in our area who actually care if the customer gets what they pay for.
