I am always satisfied with Belle nails but I am so unhappy with this service I told the man multiple times to fix it. It was a fill as you can see in pictures he left yellow spots and also did not drill around like it should be done so it will not get stuck in my hair and so on. Very dissatisfied w that man’s service and I asked so many time to fix it he just ignored me n got me out ! Will not sit w him again today is 8/6/022

Everyone was an absolute pleasure but there is always one that will ruin your total experience. Mike was truly the one to ruin my experience. He was yelling at me telling me that I didn’t know what I wanted, when I simply asked him to file my nails a little slimmer. He was throwing my feet around and actually told me that he didn’t like me, and at no point was I rude or mean to this gentleman. As I was leaving I didn’t tip him, in which normally I tip very well. Upon leaving I left a piece of gum wrapper on the counter and he yelled at me to throw it outside. As you know I walked out gracefully and never will I return. He was the worst!

Every nail tech that I have worked with have impressed me. They are very skillful and their work is neat. At Belle Nails and Spa the Ambiance is very calm and cool. The shop is neat and clean and the staff is polite.

the girl did a horrible job. I told her I wanted my nails short and almond shape, she began filing the nails vigorously and at the end all of them ended up looking way off and very crooked! I then asked her to try file the tips down so it doesn’t look so weird, she then became visibly annoyed. the owner was in the next chair and she looked pissed off because i wasnt pleased with how it turned out. I didn’t feel welcome there, it was My first time. whoever did my nail was very annoyed. I won’t be back there. I got so much acrylic under my nails it’s horrible to look at!!!

Never had a pedicure without a massage. When I said this he said he gave massage with hot towel. What actually happened is he swiped some lotion on JUST my legs with his finger tips…about 10 seconds, then got a hot towel and wipes it off. No lotion on feet at all and NO massage. He did however do a good job with cleaning out my toe nails. Polish was alright but did not do the top edge of nails. Will Not use again.
