This was my first time at this salon. I was nervous because I had only had my eyebrows threaded twice before and the other place I went to I wasn’t impressed and not happy with the results. I set an appointment with Teresa because I saw her other great reviews and oh my gosh I’m so glad I did. She was so nice and patient with me. She took her time with me and I was in tears when she showed me her work. What a night and day difference. We even joked how we wish we would have taken a before and after picture because it was that drastic. She has a client for life. If you need your eyebrows threaded Teresa’s your gal. Thank you again so much.

The BEST threading salon. I only trust getting my eyebrows done here. I have issues with getting major rashes on my forehead after a thread this is the first salon where that doesn’t happen. The artists are all super sweet and helpful. My eyebrows are poppin because of this salon!

I drove 20 minutes because of the positive reviews on eyebrow threading services and I’m extremely disappointed. I felt it was being rushed, she was on her phone for a minute until I told her I have to go soon because I have to go to work and my eyebrows look as if I got them done. They don’t look shaped at all. And for the price of &15 for that… Never Again!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been coming here for over 6 years, I even stayed when the brows went from $9 to $13. None of the artist had a mask while nor after threading customers but when the owner is there they have masks on. No one greeted me as I walked in so I waited until someone checked me in.I always use Google to book my appointments and I still got skipped TWICE with walk-ins that came in after me. Clearly, that defeats the whole purpose of booking an appointment. After realizing that 2 walk-ins went before me, I got told by the front desk girl that was coughing up a storm without covering her mouth nor wearing a mask that she skipped me and told me it was going to be another 5 mins but at that point I was already waiting over 30 minutes. I decided I wasn’t going to wait another “5 mins” knowing it was going to be longer so I left and she proceeded to tell me “okay bye”. What a joke of customer service. Love brenda for eyebrows, she’s amazing and swift so hardly any pain if you’re sensitive. Everything moves smooth, no real long waits. The store is clean and stylish. I also went for fake lashes, only disappointment is they only offer clusters. Mine started falling off after a week, I avoided allowing water to fall directly on my eyes. I followed all instructions given to me but still they fell. Won’t go back for lashes ever, the price is good, but quality, not so much. Eyebrow threading is definitely worth it.
