Best nail salon in the area period!!!! I stumbled upon this new nail salon when I was in the area and had the best experience. Wendy was my nail tech and she couldn’t be more attentive. I had a colorful French with flower design and couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. The pedicure sent me to relax heaven and back. Best 45 minutes of my life. I had a pretty rough experience on Saturday. I had an appointment at 9 for a pedicure and manicure which didn’t begin until 930 because my manicurist was late. This honestly didn’t bother me – things happen. The pedicure went well but as soon as her next client came in everything was extremely rushed, the manicure was done poorly with no attention to detail at all. So much money spent and it looks like my nails were done weeks ago because she didn’t take the time to actually do a full manicure. No soaking and she didn’t touch the cuticles. It was very clear she booked appointments too quickly together or because she was late, I was the one who suffered the consequences. Very disappointed

I LOVE this nail place and I always walk out loving my nails. However, today I asked for the nail tech to remove my nail polish on my toes that I already had on. I ONLY asked her to REMOVE it from my toes. She did not do anything else. She didn’t paint them, pedicure, nothing. She only took off the nail polish. It wasn’t gel polish either. It was regular old nail polish that came off quickly. She charged me 5 extra dollars for removing the polish! That is absurd and I don’t appreciate being ripped off. I could buy 2 or 3 bottles of nail polish remover for 5 dollars. I expected to be charged. I wasn’t asking for it to be free, but 5 dollars is RIDICULOUS and highway robbery! I paid 50 dollars for my nails and gave her a 20% tip. I feel that the 5 dollar charge was unnecessary.

Made 2 appointments, both times they took walk ins and said we needed to wait an hour. I wasn’t impressed with they’re services as was, but the fact that you make an appointment and your time isn’t a priority to them is ridiculous! I will continue to drive to VIP nails in Quakertown for now on. Better nail techs, and service!!! Gel manicures
