We’ve all been delighted with the service there (Anna is great!) and have had great haircuts and highlights done. The quality is good, and the prices are reasonable. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had a great experience with Anna Gorciak at Bella Salon . The salon is easy to find, it’s right on the corner. This was my first time at the salon and with Anna whom I was referred to. She was on time for my appointment & greeted me with a smile & asked me if I would like anything to drink or a snack. I graciously accepted & munched on my fruit snacks while we discussed what I was thinking of for a new hairstyle with my fine hair. She took the time with me as we looked through pictures I had previously found & saved to me phone. We came to a decision & she started on my hair. We had very nice conversations throughout the process & the hair shampooing sink was right at her station so I didn’t have to move. Anna also made sure I was OK with the water temperature. She recommended a texture spray for me since I have fine hair. I am very pleased with my haircut & styling that Anna gave me and will be returning in the near future! I had a great experience with Anna Gorciak at Bella Salon . The salon is easy to find, it’s right on the corner. This was my first time at the salon and with Anna whom I was referred to. She was on time for my appointment & greeted me with a smile & asked me if I would like anything to drink or a snack. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in to get my blonde hair dyed dark brown, unfortunately I had to pay $250 for silver toned hair that ended up looking the same as I came in with after one wash. When I told the stylist the same day I got it done that I didn’t like how it turned out she told me I’d have to pay another $50 for her to fix it.Service: Hairstyling
