Critical: Quality, ValueI got the dip powder on my nails and while the powder looks good (it’s only been a day though) the experience was HORRIBLE. When removing the powder with the tool she cut my cuticles really bad, and again when re-applying the dip powder. I’m bleeding today because of it. I got the dip powder on my nails and while the powder looks good (it’s only been a day though) the experience was HORRIBLE. When removing the powder with the tool she cut my cuticles really bad, and again when re-applying the dip powder. I’m bleeding today because of it. I’ve been going to this place for years and they are amazing. The skills of the girls are great and I have a high standard for nails so this is saying a lot. I’ve gone to different places over the years and this is definitely one of the best. It’s not even close to my house and I still go there. All the girls are great too. 🙂

A few months ago I said this place was great because of the pricing. Not anymore. Prices are the same but the quality of what they are producing is sorely lacking. I went to get a UV gel manicure on Tuesday. I had to go back because the color on the thumb nail had been completely ripped off. I went back and got it fix on my lunch on Wednesday the woman at the front desk who had originally did my nails fixed it. Or so I thought flashword to Friday, not only did the gel rip off but half of my nail too! I went back on my lunch and told them this was the second time I’m coming in. I told him I’d be back around 6 to get it fix. However, I was able to close up a little earlier roughly a quarter after 5 and headed over. Now you would think if this is the third visit in one week because of your inadequate work, you’d be a little more accommodating. The man at the front desk told me I had to come back. I live over 20 minutes away. No thank you. After I get it fixed I am never going back.
