I booked an appointment which was cancelled the day before with no call or explanation. When I tried to rebook the same time and stylist showed available still? (They may need a better system as it seems from some other reviews) It was my second attempt at trying this place out. It didn’t work great the first time but wanted to try again for something more simple. I do agree w some of the other comments, it feels a little over priced but not crazy if you want good service but that doesn’t seem to be the case, make an appointment for it to be canceled, show up early to have to wait almost an hour, be charged more that listed, and the cash only or cashapp /zelle is uncomfortable its $15 for a card reader charge the 2-3% for card use and make it convenient for your clients. I will also say the owners rude and aggressive response to some of the reviews is really a turn off and very unprofessional. I was shocked at some of his responses. I don’t think there will be a 3rd. Still wish them the best of luck.

Got my hair blowed out and flat ironed here for the first time and it was a great experience! Saye did a great job with my hair, he was very gentle throughout the process (I have thick curly hair). The service was a bit pricier than what I’m used to back in the Bronx, but it was definitely worth the cost, considering this is salon is spacious and has many services. Will definitely come back!

Honestly, I wouldn’t say this place is the best. They’re unclear with their procedures. The business hardly picked up the phone. They’re hardly available during their open hours for a phone call. They’re overpriced when their hairstylists can’t do what you specifically want. I was skeptical about this place because even their email isn’t an actual email. It doesn’t exist. The place was clean overall but they need to be clear that if you want a certain hair extension style, you need to bring your hair. If you’re tender-headed if you ask them to loosen something (my hairstylist) didn’t want to remove the hair extensions because it was already done. I had a painful headache for a few days even when she tried to loosen a few. The website needs to be fixed, add specifications. And the paying options are either Zelle or cash. It seems like you’re only paying the owner except for the hairstylist. I gave her too because even when she didn’t remove the hair extensions to properly make the braid less tight she was always offering to see if I was okay or needed water. There’s no cash register. They say that you need to come in with clean dried hair and never tell you if you need to moisture your hair. What upset me the most was trying to contact them. Add a box on the appointment section of your website to allow the customers to specify how they want something done. I wouldn’t recommend coming here again because it was kinda shady. The person who picks up the phone calls is the owner itself. They don’t have a receptionist or anything. He’s unclear with his instructions and never likes to keep the call going to help you out. This place deserves 3 stars. It wasn’t as great as I thought it would be but it’s not the worst.

I booked a 9 o clock apt on a Saturday and the stylist asked me where is the braiding hair. Their website does not mention anything at all about bringing hair with you. Anybody I have ever got my hair braided with states on their site that you need to bring hair because it is not provided. The lady that did my hair did a great job and I will be back. The owner however needs to get the website and policies together.

I had a wonderful experience as Saye, the manager greeted me along with Chris! I had Megan wash my hair, trim it and braid it up so I can put my wig under and there was no tension throughout the entire process. I was offered a beverage and we watched a lovely BET show.
