Critical: ProfessionalismAbsolutely terrible booking experience and salon policies. I canceled my reservation within 4 minutes of booking, due to a faulty reservation link through a Facebook webpage taking me to the wrong salon, and I was still charged a 50% cancellation fee. There was no way to confirm that the location while booking until after I made the reservation. I should have backed out when I had the chance at the first sign of suspicion. Regardless, if I had canceled my rez 30 SECONDS afterwards, for whatever reason, i would still be charged 50%.If I had called the salon and made a reservation, then called right back to cancel, would still be charged. I canceled my reservation within 4 minutes of booking, due to a faulty reservation link through a Facebook webpage taking me to the wrong salon, and I was still charged a 50% cancellation fee.
