TERRIBLE experience. I walked out looking and feeling like I never even went into the salon. Hair was not fully washed, I was told several times “you have a lot of hair” (if you can’t manage please don’t bother touching my hair) and I still had to pay. Pictures attached from literally 1 minute from walking out of the salon.

I’ve been here twice now, and they really know how to cut hair. They’re nice, and they do a great job at an affordable price. They’re honest and they don’t try to swindle you during your haircut by adding things on without asking you and jacking up the price at the end like other places in the area. They all wear masks and the location is clean and maintained well. Thank you for existing! I don’t know where I would get my haircut without you guys.

Rude and not professional. They treated my mom poorly on Saturday just because she was a few minutes late and they closed early because they didn’t have any clients. She’s a loyal customer who travels an hour away and would always recommend her friends. She does her hair, makeup and nails on a biweekly basis. What about the appointment she had? Couldn’t they give her a courtesy call? She lives an hour away and she had an event to attend. . It’s sad that’s how they treat their loyal customers.
