Hailey does the most beautiful job on my hair as well as both of my young children. All 3 of us have very thick, long hair. In my past, I have left other salons nearly in tears….. unfortunately not all stylists have the knowledge or patience to work with thick hair. As long as we live here, it will be Bella Blue for me and my kids!

The interior has a rustic while minimalist feel, and music plays softly in the background, which ties everything about the salon into a beautiful place of comfort. The owner and stylist Hayley is very mindful of her client’s needs, from listening to what they’re considering for their next look to being conscientious of potential sensitivities when bleaching hair.

I have seen Hailey 2 times. That is all I needed to know I found a new stylist. She helped me go to a curly pixie cut and did a fabulous job with it. I love my short hair so much more than my long hair. I’ll be a repeat customer for as long as I’m in the area. Thanks for the wonderful service!

Every time I come in I remember why I keep coming back to see Hailey, she’s friendly, and does quality work. I get my hair cut and my eye brows waxed and have never been disappointed. I enjoy my visits and always leave looking great!

She was very nice but just way to much product in my hair and did not straighten it . I would like to leave a salon thinking I look great but I had to go home and wash an straighten my hair. My layers could have been better. I would have had her fix it but I didn’t notice until after I straightened my hair.

I debated about leaving a review because I hate leaving negative reviews. This was a horrible haircut and experience. I went in for a consultation and showed Hailey multiple photos of the haircut I wanted. I returned the next day for the haircut and asked if she needed to see the photos again and she said no, she knew exactly what I wanted. She cut my hair and it was nothing like I wanted. It was way too short and she ignored my cowlicks which made styling impossible. I had a hair color appointment but I didn’t think she was experienced enough to color my hair so I cancelled the appointment. I did tell her I wasn’t happy but instead of offering to fix or do something else, all she could say was she was sorry. I try to support Renton businesses but this was a bad experience and I would never go back.

I’ve been going to Hailey (Miss Bella Blue) for years and love how she treats my hair and soul. She understands the weird of all of our hair but also doesn’t judge people for being “different” and embraces those differences. She is an advocate in her community and does things to supspor those that are disadvantaged. Not only can you get your hair, nails and waxing done here, you can feel good about the impact of the company on the community.

The stylists were knowledgeable about curly hair. They asked questions to make sure they knew what I wanted, and explained things before they made big changes. Also, they remembered me by face and name. Pretty much an awesome mix of chic and local-community.
