I had a great experience with Jackie! She took the time to explain all the steps and procedures of the treatment we were going to be doing. So these comments that are positive may be a set up or fraudulent, please Do NOT a believe all of them as my experience is much different. First thing, please note the attitude of Jackie even in text is not pleasant, originally when I tried to set a visit with her through the website which is attached to her in Google, it did not allow me to set the visit. I wrote a message via the same website and was contacted shortly after by Jackie herself. I did try to explain I would prefer to come in office in order to set this visit, many reasons however more so because I was concerned the website may have been fraudulent since Jackie asked that I make a deposit to set the visit through another source which is Square Up, apart from this I wanted to see the office and now it was this place ogo by reviews. Because I had explained to Jackie in depth how I felt about coming in concerning not the payment method and I did not feel comfortable, she explained the office has a gate or to where a client cannot just come in and they must ring a bell, but I was more than welcome to come in and she cannot guarantee she can take a second away from working on a client in order to speak with me (that part is understandable concerning being with a client) . So here is the part I’m just appalled- if you see the refund policy it clearly explains that if client cancels must be done 48 hrs prior to visit and it also explains being charged the full amount. Because it gives a specific amount of time to do this in- would mean that the cancelation would close a client if not done so in time- we’ll guess what? Jackie ended up writing me a text about HER having to cancel for a family emergency and then that she would need to r/s for weeks from now- she wrote this to me 1 day before our scheduled appt- at that point I would be defaulted to pay in full per her policy And she had the audacity to say she cannot give me a date or her return- I explained I need more info and she tells me she cannot talk at this time smh- patiently (have screenshots to show) she then writes me explaining she will cancel visit and will process a refund the next day- AGAIN defaulting the refund policy to go in the favor of the merchant and at that me not having services- which is NOT my fault! I asked her ti please process refund, I wished her family well and kept it moving- explain why it’s now 7 days later and my bank never received even the process of a refund, even the idea of one smh. I reach out to Jackie and she explained she processed one and is happy to speak to my bank- which I had to dispute in order to set up receiving my money bank, so now an investigation can go up to 90 days- here is the issue- if I can upload images of our conversation I can assure you Jackie at some point was also condescending and when I asked her about payment method she took her time to explain that she is about to be in some kind of magazine gets hired and is in popular demand- and did not need to scam- I never said she was a scammer, however it was shady from the beginning and I should have gone with my gut. I was excited to go see her and use her services based on the reviews left here, perhaps at some point even possibly she had more text etiquette, and was more professional and honest- however like she said in the text “right now is not a good time to talk” explained she is not seeing clients anymore and has no time back to do so because of family emergency- her office is still open- just lie after lie smh I am looking to write my experience to BBB and any other place I can so that others are not scammed. Horrible service- what a Thief . I hope this can help the next person.

I took a lip blushing course with Miss Jackie. She was very thorough in explaining the material, had me practice on fake skin, and then I got to practice on an actual model. Miss Jackie made herself available for any questions on the service after the course as well. I would recommend this course for anyone who wants to get into permanent make up!

I took Jackie’s teeth whitening certification course after completing esthetician school where she was my instructor. She is so knowledgeable and provided me with a ton of information as well as a model to practice on. She gave me resources for when I’m ready to begin purchasing my own equipment. I don’t think I would be half as knowledgeable as I am if it wasn’t for her. I will definitely be participating in more of the trainings offered.
