I came in last minute for a haircut. I am so upset with the results and experience I could cry. If the stylist didn’t want to take someone they could’ve just said there were no openings. I’m a people pleaser and the stylist mentioned how she was trying to beat the weather so I didn’t say anything but it’s just awful. It’s uneven and super blunt at the ends. I asked for layers, and I’ve had them many, Many times before. This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. I made the appointment bc I’m a stay at home mom and was SO looking forward to doing something nice like this for myself. I wish I could get my money and hair back. I keep trying to post the photo but somehow cannot. My top layer of hair is for some reason longer than the bottom, along with general unevenness. The more I look at it the more I may legitimately cry. Its Christmas day and I’m writing this because my hair is just RUINED when I tried to have a nice service done. It’s a hack job. Literally worse than anything I’ve ever gotten before. I wish I could get a refund but that’s not gona happen. I got the haircut on last Thursday, and waited bc I thought maybe I just didn’t “understand how haircuts work” or maybe it wasn’t that bad. No. It is awful. I am SO UPSET I will never go again. And I will never, ever recommend this place.

I must say that there was a prompt response to the last review and the situation was quickly corrected. I am very appreciative of the owner and her strive for great customer service. I believe second chances are sometimes needed and I am glad I went back and allowed her to fix my hair. There are occasionally times that I will come in with an unrealistic expectation of what I would like my hair to do. But they are honest if they feel my hair would not be able to achieve that look, and they give me options of looks we could go for. She really listens to me, if something can’t be done she explains why but honestly she can do anything. She’s meticulous at cutting, coloring and styling. She always has great ideas! This is a great salon and I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed!

Had a great experience. Sidney cut my hair and did a great job. I was pretty nervous because I was making a pretty significant cut but she did wonderful. The salon is clean and everyone is masked. Has a nice and welcoming environment. Feel priced for the quality and attention i recieved. I will be coming back.
