Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNever visited before (didn’t even know this shop was there!) I called at 1 and was able to be seen @ 2 due to a cancellation. Yadi was excellent! I showed her the picture I wanted and she did it… cut off 7 inches, and added layers. She spent a good 40 minutes perfecting my hair. I will definitely be back!

The owner was very friendly and helpful, she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it, my only issue I had was that I was charged $95 for a wash, cut, and blow dry and I just think that’s a bit pricy but other than that my experience was great.

Critical: ProfessionalismToday is 06/19/2020 I had walked in to beauty palace made an appointment the owner thought me she could take me in at 3pm but when I showed up 10mnt before my appointment. What’s she did was sat some lady on her chair and started to work on her instead of me and thought me that’s I was early let’s her finish the lady first and I asked how long? I just went to this place today & I had a horrible experience. I just went for a simple wash and blow dry & the owner charged me $76.00. The employees are nice and lovely, but the ownwer Yadira is really something else not a nice person at all. I feel ripped off!! I came to visit from New York & the usual I pay for the same service is $30.00. On top of that the owner made me feel uncomfortable with her unnecessary comments, not professorial at all. Hands down this place sucks.

Horrible, I went in to get my hair dyed purple they charged me $228 and by the third day all the purple was gone. I asked if they have ever done those type of colors before and they lied. I feel gipped and very unsatisfied. I think its really messed up. People work hard for their money! To take advantage is just wrong.
