Positive: Quality, ValueI’ve been a customer for over 5 years and let me tell you something about this place. Depending on when you hit these ladies up they can be ready for you OR they will tell you to come back because they are full. The place is small and there’s only 3 of them who work now. English is limited so some times we gotta work to get an understanding. But let me tell you…. when you’re good and golden with them you will leave with beautiful nails!! I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and let me tell you something about this place. Depending on when you hit these ladies up they can be ready for you OR they will tell you to come back because they are full. The place is small and there’s only 3 of them who work now. Critical: ProfessionalismVery much a 1 star. Ladies inside were Very rude and unprofessional. Me and my sister came in and were waiting for them to come tend to us ( they were talking to other people ) they did not even care that we walked in and our presence was there. They came eventually and were very rude shouting at us saying “ come in tomorrow !! Come in 2 days !!!” when we had repeated ourselves saying we wanted our nails done.looking us up and down. Very much a 1 star. Ladies inside were Very rude and unprofessional. Me and my sister came in and were waiting for them to come tend to us ( they were talking to other people ) they did not even care that we walked in and our presence was there. so i have never came to beauty nails before this was my first time. i only decided to go there because the nail salon i always go to for many years was still closed for the corovirus. i got tired of waiting because i really needed to get my nails done. so i went in and got acrylic gel nails and i was very happy with the outcome. ill be going to beauty nails instead of where i use to go.
