Had a wonderful experience here. I didn’t get her name- but she did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time, asked me questions, and for once I didn’t have any cuts around my cuticles from people rushing. I had a cut on my finger and she was very careful. This was my first time here and I will most likely be back.

Critical: QualityI got a pedicure this afternoon, the gentleman who did it was polite and the place was clean and sanitized. I informed him that I felt ingrowed toe nails…he rushed to do the pedicure and I have to remind him twice that I was still have the pain on the big toes…he didn’t even use his spatula tool to examine the area…so after he completed the pedicure, I came home and removed the piece of nail myself. I got a pedicure this afternoon, the gentleman who did it was polite and the place was clean and sanitized. I informed him that I felt ingrowed toe nails…he rushed to do the pedicure and I have to remind him twice that I was still have the pain on the big toes…he didn’t even use his spatula tool to examine the area…so after he completed the pedicure, I came home and removed the piece of nail myself. I’ve had a great experience all 4 times I’ve been. No wait ever get in and out. Awesome pedicure and painted me nails. Going for a 5th time soon!! Never had a issue.

The wait wae ridiculous and then they didn’t give any of there customers attention. They bounced from customer to customer. They put 2 nails on and walked away for 30 minutes. Not to mention I asked for sns nails and they did acrylics. Also they didn’t go as short as I asked and they hurt. The polish is applied so soppy It looks like a five year old did them. I can’t believe how terrible of service I got.
