The owner writing fake reviews says enough. I went here and I told my technician the nail length I wanted and he proceeded to tell me it’s too long, when it’s in fact the shortest length I’ve gotten from a nail salon. How can you tell me how long I need it? Then some nails are crooked. And when I went to pay the lady said that it wasn’t working and she tried it only twice so she “can’t try again.” But Jason did it and it worked… For the price it was definitely not worth it, treat your costumers nicer. And the funny thing is Jason got mad when I asked if they have cash app but I wouldn’t be asking if they just put my card in correctly. Never going back here. Costumer service is terrible. And paying $90 was not at all worth it.

The woman was very nice. I appreciate her service. Maybe she was new… I’m not completely sure, but I did get a sense of confusion from her. I am for sure I’m happy with how my nails turned out. The uneven coat around my nails, non uniform coating (looks spotty), and unclean cuticle touches. I’m really unhappy with how the quality turned out. For $60 too. I gave below 20% tip and the woman asked for 20% . This experience was very uncomfortable and dissatisfying. I wouldn’t recommend and will not return. I wish I was able to speak with the manager but my specialist said the manager was not there.

First time in this salon. It was very nice, clean and friendly! Unlike many other nail salons that I’ve been to. Mary were very attentive and gentle in doing MeniPedi. After drying my nails, Mary was out of sight and other staff immediately take care of me even though they don’t get the tips. they gave me a bottle of water and was smiling all the time. Overall very pleasing experience and will be a regular now.
