Extremely unprofessional. I left after I had an appointment for 1pm. I showed up 5 minutes before 1PM and 30 MINUTES LATER and I was still waiting. This happened on Sunday when there was no high demand. The person was away during business hours taking care of his personal business.

I love this place! I always get my eyebrows done by Hafsa and no one else! She always does my eyebrows exactly how I LOVE them, & I never have to ask her twice or explain how I like them. I always go in and she always has a smile and is super sweet! There is never a wait time, and my eyebrows look beautiful each time! Definitely recommend, and I definitely recommend Hafsa!

I had gone in with a picture I had found on Instagram of a girl with green and blue hair and I asked them if it was possible for them to accomplish the same thing with my hair. They told me yes but that it would take 3 hours and cost me $120. I was happy with the amount of time and the cost. After waiting about 20 minutes, it was my turn and I was given a brush to brush my own hair…. A little annoyed to brush my own hair I complied. I looked at the brush and it was filled with hair from previous clients and I asked them if it was possible for them to give me a clean brush which they did (but they laughed at the fact that I had asked for a clean brush which didn’t make me feel good…) Once my hair was brushed, I was told to wait a bit before bleaching my hair (even though all the employees were just on their phones and not busy with any clients) Then I was asked to see the image again and the lady went out and got the colors I asked for (which was nice and very much appreciated). After the bleaching, the dye process was next. They were very sloppy and got dye everywhere (At one point I thought they had accidentally gotten some on my eyebrow) After that, they persuaded me into trimming my hair and it was at that point where I had asked them to give me an undercut which they said they would do at no extra cost for the trim. 4 and a half hours later (yes, it took an extra hour and a half which I wasn’t happy about) I left the salon with dye all over my ears and forehead (which they promised to clean up after everything was done but never did) and a trim but NO UNDERCUT which again, they agreed to do for me. This whole thing cost $150 and I was less than thrilled about it. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!

I absolutely LOVE the the way they thread my eyebrows. I have very thick and long eyebrows and I never leave disappointed with them. However, I’m leaving 3 stars due to the harassment. I suffer from hormonal acne and i break out sometimes. I’ve tried every cream possible and nothing works. They always try to sell me one of their creams and after numerous times of me telling them it’s not going to work, i don’t want it, i have hormonal acne you’d think they would stop bugging me. But nope, EVERY single time i go in i get hit with “buy our cream” spiel. And now i’m left feeling awkward and uncomfortable entering this place to just get my eyebrows done. I’m sad to say but i have to look for a new threading place.
