Beauty Cafe is a refreshment and stands out among the many of nail salons in the area. Not that I have been to every nail salon, but Heather has clearly set herself apart in many ways. She takes her business and craft very seriously and that’s something I truly appreciate. One thing I love is how time conscious Heather is; you respect her time and she respects yours. You’re not just another paying customer but there’s personal interest shown. And as far as nails goes, Heather is a perfectionist. She prides herself on neat, precise work. I have always struggled with weak nails that chip easily but Heather has tried to work with me and do what’s best to enhance the longevity of my gel sets. The staff does their best to work up to the standard that Heather has set for her salon. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I decided to try beauty cafe back in January as a treat for my birthday and I assumed it would the usual, get my nails done once in a blue moon, break or chip my nails at some point and try again months later. That was when I met Heather, we had a brief consultation regarding what service I was looking for and she gave me her opinion on what she felt I should get and I trusted her expertise. I have been going to see her faithfully at least twice monthly since then and she not only makes my nails look amazing, but she lets me go crazy with the colors and always tops it off with her creativity through a nail design to bring it all in. Heather has literally saved my nails. I used to chew them and even when I got them done at different places in the past I’ve always managed to break, chip or bite the extensions off. I have only had my nail chip twice in the last 6 months and Heather is always so accommodating to help me out if she can between my appointments. I frequently get complimented on her work and every visit it’s like catching up with a friend. She’s very sweet and polite but also honest when I’m getting too crazy with the color mixes and isn’t afraid to give her honest opinion and offer suggestions. I truly appreciate her time and effort. She’s a great multitasker but she knows almost all of her clients by name and it adds a great personal touch to the services offered at Beauty Cafe.

For years my sister-in-law had been telling me to come have Heather do my nails because she knew how unhappy I was with my nail technician at time. 2 years ago I finally did and it was one of the best decisions I did. Never once have I walked out disappointed with whatever service I had done with Heather or any other staff member there. Always welcoming and pleasant there. Relaxing setting and extremely clean. And when I make an appointment w a particular person there, that is who works on me. I’m not shoved over to any free chair. But the best part is I’m always giving compliments on how beautiful my nails are. No longer do imperfections get pointed out to me like once before. And also my eyebrows are perfectly shaped every time. Would recommend here to everyone and anyone who looks for nothing less then perfection.

Heather has been doing my nails for well over 10 years and in my opinion, she is the best at what she does. I highly recommend beauty cafe and especially Heather. She and her staff are lovely and do a wonderful job. Heather is an artist and a perfectionist who does a beautiful job on your nails. I have yet to be disappointed in either my manicure or pedicure or the ones that I have gotten for my daughter. We will be repeat customers for a long time.

I was really happy when I found this salon because of the convenience of it being close to my home and they seem to do decent nails. However, the services are overpriced and owner’s mannerisms is very off putting. I had 2 visits there and she was very rude about tipping. The first time she made it very clear that I’d be charged a fee for using my card then when I handed her the tip she grumbled. The second time she out right told me to tip more “because this isn’t even 15% of the service” mind you, my services totaled a little under $200, I was so upset. I haven’t found a new nail technician yet and I’m okay with that.
