I made my appointment online, based off time not stylist. I am SO HAPPY that led me to Casey. I am not one that gets haircuts on a regular basis. And its usually a different style anytime I do. I had a handful of pictures that I showed Casey. She asked me what I liked about each hair style and gave me probably the best hair cut I’ve ever had. She showed me how to style it, what tools to use, what products to use and gave me good recommendations on shampoo and conditioner. And she didn’t judge me about my box dyed hair. I have never had a consistent stylist but I do now. I will always ask for Casey anytime I make future appointments! More than 5 stars for my visit!

I have been going here for several years, but took a break due to Covid. I was excited to start going again for my facials with Sam, who is fantastic. Well, BB has canceled on me LITERALLY 4 times. I totally understand that things come up, but each time I was contacted, they were never apologetic (not even the third or fourth time) and seemed annoyed that they had to even call to notify that they were canceling on me. I’m super sad that I’m going to stop going here because Sam is great, but I mean, 4 times?! Super super super disappointed.

I have shopped here before and don’t know why I was skeptical of in store services, but I went to Kathy. She listened and gave me the exact cut I wanted – fixed a very bad haircut and my hair is transformed. Kathy is trained in doing all types of cuts, unlike a lot her younger counterparts elsewhere. I have had a devil of a time finding anyone I like up north that will give me the cut I asked for and have finally found Kathy – who I just can’t say enough good things. Yes the cut is pricey but she is worth it. She is kind and has practiced many years – and to me is the best in the northland. Thank you Kathy!!

IE she is in a wheelchair.Yesterday was Tatem’s 15th birthday and what she wanted was to get purple hair. I had pushed this off for almost a year and she was insistent. She wanted purple hair. As a single parent and *MALE*, this is out of my scope of understanding. So I called Beauty Brands off I-29 and Barry Road based upon a referral from a friend. The receptionist was understanding when I called asking questions and being generally confused. She thought a consultation would be best and put us in touch with Angela Grossen.When we sat down with Angela for the consultation. She listened to Tatem’s thoughts on getting her hair colored versus hair extensions. She was sensitive to Tatem’s wheelchair and special needs. Angela spoke to us about all the pros and cons of each choice. We laid out a plan and set the appointment for Tatem’s Birthday 2/14/2020 at 12:00.We could not be happier with the experience. As you can probably see from the smile on my little girls face. Thank you, Angela, and thank you Beauty Brands for a great experience.
