I am very disappointed in Angel’s attitude. I addressed a complaint with her about the hair I purchased from her and that it developed a ball spot in the lace closure. I had only installed only two weeks ago. Omg why did I complain? She went in on telling me that I the customer is the blame and told me that six of her clients that she had also had the same hair had no complaints. Even went to the extent of saying she wears the same hair and had no complaints. Ok as a customer I was not expecting a handout, yet I expected a much more professional attitude and resolution. Angel got ratchet and defensive immediately claiming I came at her disrespectful which I don’t handle or carry myself like that. I’m just a very straight up direct person. I never took it personal about the issue of the hair but Angel insisted it was good hair and she never had a problem. She claimed I scratched a ball spot in the closure and that was not true. The hair just shed really bad. Angel text me and stated she did not want me to tell her that her product could be bad. I explained in some cases depending on what vendor you deal with that the vendor can and will produce bad batches of hair. Yet, Angel did not want to hear it. I decided to part ways and I vow to never come back to her due to her rude behavior and dealing with me like I am a child. Remind you I paid $265.00 to get this sew in done to my hair. Unacceptable Angel and All Salons are not good business. Like I told her she asked for my business while I was minding my business. So to not hear the customer complaint out and accuse me of nonsense is totally disrespectful and unprofessional and Salons like this I will think twice before I support them. I am very unhappy with the hair she sold me and the attitude I received when I filed my complaint. To Angel God don’t like ugly attitudes and arrogance. So think twice before you come at a customer like me. I also, had referred a friend of mine and they stated she never called back. Obviously, you got a lot going on and I just pray that her heart changes or she will lose customers like myself. Don’t get me wrong Angel was nice and sweet in the beginning. Yet when I complained a whole different Angel came out with the bull horns. Angel simply did not handle my complaint professionally and for that I have a problem. It bothered me that she did not want to understand and for that reason as well I posted this review! She forced me to post this review! The bundles she sold me was $50 each. The install was $165.00. The price was never a problem. It was quality of product and bad attitude after I filed my complaint and no resolution. Black businesses want support but don’t support you if you have a complaint. Not good!
