It says walk-ins welcome, but I had to make an appt for 2 days later. Then, I was told I would be waiting 45 minutes after my appt time because they were doing a specialty color on someone else. I did enjoy the serene environment. Although, one stylist had an extremely loud voice that echoed throughout the place. That was not serene. Overall, I was pleased with my haircut and was offered a discount for the inconvenience. So, that’s 4 stars.
