I have been going to doctor Chang for about 5 years now and she is the only doctor I trust with my face. I went to her after having a botched job on my lip injections and she helped to get them evened out and look better. Since my lips are naturally very uneven, she used PDO threads to even them out and make them look nearly perfect. I also had really bad melasma on my face she got me some creams that helped to reduce the visibility, along with a treatment plan to improve the overall appearance of my skin. We have done Botox, filler, facials, lasers, and RF needling. Every treatment has given noticeable results and I look younger and better now than I did 5 years ago when I found her. What I love most about doctor Chang is that she genuinely cares about your appearance. She wants you to look youthful and natural.

The doctor majorly lacks social skills and comes across aggressive, arrogant and just rude. The most (only) endearing thing she does is hums & sings while she injects your face. The singing sounds really bad but that’s the only time I felt comfortable, so I guess I was grateful for that. If u don’t like one of her ideas for a treatment She recommends, then be prepared to feel dumb and sense irritation/frustration on her part. Her husband Scott, is so snarky with a very unjustifiable chip on his shoulder. I got a phone call after to “clear things up” (aka apologize/damage control). This place might be cheap in cost but it’s broke in customer service with the doc and her husband/receptionist. Nurses were always nice though : )

I have been going to Dr. Chang for a few years now to treat my Rosacea.I still remember coming in to see her with rough, red patches on my face. I was concerned about the flare ups and redness, which were aggravated by certain factors such as the environment and diet. She was very patient and took the time to listen, while answering my questions, and discussing the treatment options specific to my skin.By following the prescribed treatment, I have seen a dramatic improvement on my skin and am happy to be in a maintenance program. It is exciting to see my skin transformed from being red with rough patches to smoother with reduced flushing.I also learned a lot about the importance of skin care and protecting my face by applying sunscreen daily. They have a great selection of products available based on the patient’s unique needs.Scott is a nice man with a dry sense of humor, and is pretty funny. He is a is dedicated and professional. I enjoy hearing about the latest treatment he has tried, and seeing how his skin has adjusted. He is meticulous and makes sure I get all the information I need before leaving the office which I appreciate!Clarissa is friendly and gives the best facials! I have been a returning client of Beatitude for some years now. Dr. Chang and all of her staff are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the type of treatment that you are looking for. My skin has improved tremendously from the various treatments, and products I have tried at their location. I have always felt very welcomed at Beatitude. Without them, my acne would never have cleared, and my skin would not even look half as good as it does now in my late 20s. You will not be disappointed if you decide to go to Beatitude Aesthetic Medicine.

I’ve been in for Botox on a Groupon coupon and Dr Chang did a great job. I recently went in to see about the face barbs to see if I could use them on my neck. I liked her honesty that they would not address my particular issues. She was upfront and told me I would need a neck lift and she could suggest some local Plastic Surgeons. We discussed some viable options that would help until I was ready to make that move. Her staff has been very friendly. I just did fraxel on my face and neck in combination with ReFirme and Dr Chang and her staff were awesome.

I visited Beatitude for the third time in 2 years while visiting family in San Diego, and thought it was time to write about my experience. Each time I walked into the office, I was greeted by warm, friendly, enthusiastic office staff. The waiting room is equally warm and inviting with comfortable seating, a large bright open space, cold filtered water, snacks in a bowl, single serving hot drinks, magazines, books and brochures to read, and skin products to sample. My first visit started with a consult by Dr. Chang. She asked what my goals for treatment were, then she did an assessment of my skin. She presented me with a range of treatment options after addressing my concerns about cost, potential discomfort and down time.
