I was set to have an appointment for 9:30 for Fulani braids meaning I had to set my personal time aside for said appointment just for me to show up on time and no one to come even after a full hour of waiting. Literally the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered with an extreme lack of customer service… I would literally not recommend this shop to legit anybody. I was set to have an appointment for 9:30 for Fulani braids meaning I had to set my personal time aside for said appointment just for me to show up on time and no one to come even after a full hour of waiting. I went to a few different places and they were charging way to much for just braids. I went here and the price was definitely reasonable and Therissa was fantastic. She was professional and friendly. She also gave me some great tips for my hair. I will be back!!

Please do not come to this establishment. They are unprofessional and do not value their loyal customers. One day, I came in for an appointment at 9:30 am no one there. 10 mins after no one showed up. No one came until 11:41am and on top of that the person didn’t braid my hair. She made me wait for another 40 minutes for another hair braider. I am truly dissatisfied with this establishment. Tardiness should never be tolerated. This is how you lose revenue by disrespecting your consumers. If you can’t attend on time, there is no need for your presence. A business is suppose give their customers an exceptional experience. Rudeness, tardiness is not needed. This establishment should be removed, until their management is change. Core values is definitely needed.

This place is very unprofessional. I wish I could give it no stars. They change the price for my 6 year old daughter each time I go there, especially if it’s a basic hairstyle or cornrows. I will no longer go there. I suggest no one goes there because they will always jack up the prices. In addition, their braiding don’t even last long. After a week it looks like you had your hair done over four weeks ago.

My first time ever writing a review and unfortunately it’s a bad one. Been getting my hair done for years and never had an experience like this one. Had an appointment for 11:30, I got there early and was told I would have to wait which is understandable for me being early. Didn’t know it would turn into a 3 hour wait, was told the other hair braider was running late. After she finally shows up the lady wants to eat her food which I was like no I’ve already been waiting, she does one twist before her and another lady decided to switch. Now there’s another lady working on my hair, before starting I told her I did not like the twist because I wanted an ombré what she did was a blend( two different things) so she tells me to leave and go to another store and buy hair which I refused because before I bought the hair I spoke to the boss on the phone and she told me to get that hair. So I’m like just do my hair please I’ve already been here for 3 hours and would like my hair done. She gets an attitude which i couldn’t believe & start talking to the boss as if I’m not there discussing pricing. She finally starts my hair and asks me if I liked the size that the other lady did I said yes but I wanted ombré. She takes out the twist and restarts, I’m thinking she’s doing ombré. After she does about three rows i feel my hair and noticed she made them much bigger than I had asked & it still wasn’t an ombré like I asked numerous times & when I said something she got an attitude and asked if I wanted her to start over. At this point I’m so upset and didn’t want to wait any longer so I said just finish. Once she was done and took a picture and it looked okay but when I got home and looked in the mirror and it looked HORRIBLE idk what she did to the picture but the picture she showed me and the way it actually looked was COMPLETELY different. They were big & the ends was completely sloppy & everyone commented on them, I had to curl them to make it look decent. After ONE WEEK 5 of the twist slipped out then the following week 3 more. Three weeks in & my hair looked like it was over a month old. Will never go back.

I got my hair braided here and will never go back. I sent the picture of what I wanted as was quoted $125, by the person I thought would be doing my hair. I got there I received another price and a different person was doing my hair. I wasn’t upset about the price change because I wanted them butt length when I originally asked for mid back. I paid $170 and they barely pass my breast. I reached out to the lady who quotes me the price to let her know I was dissatisfied and I haven’t heard a word.

Do not go here. I asked them if they knew how to do Ghana braids they told me yes. The girl who did my hair didn’t speak English and when she messed up my hair I asked her to fix it she refused, the other girls refused to fix the mistake too. The customer service was poor. Why would they let someone do my hair that knows nothing about the style. The whole process was just painful. I hate this place and I hate the style. My hair looks so tacky it’s not even funny. It’s not right that I had a stylist that I could not communicate with.

Just had my hair done last Friday. It is now 3 days later. I have single box braids. Two of my braids fell out yesterday and more of my braids are falling out today. My braids are very sloppy and I wish I would have done them myself if only I had the time. All my friends are telling me that they are ugly and to get my money back. It has only been three days!!!. I have called the Manger countless times today only to hear the same reply the manager is not here she will be here the next hour. This was a waste of my time and money!!! Do not got to this salon….my friend had went here and she was also not satisfied. She told me that I should have let her know before I went there. She would have told me not to go and recommend me somewhere else!
