Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueIf I can give this place zero stars I would!! This lady needs glasses!!! I told her to her face that this had to be the worst pedicure I’ve ever experienced . If I can give this place zero stars I would!! This lady needs glasses!!! I told her to her face that this had to be the worst pedicure I’ve ever experienced . A five year old could’ve done better! No offense kids! And she still proceeded to charge me $25 for this mess!!! She’s lucky she lives in my town!!! Because I was ready to walk out without paying her!!!! Critical: ProfessionalismRude and unprofessional. Called ahead to see if they have dip powder since I needed a nail repair, which they confirmed they do have. Arrived and was told they do not have dip powder. When questioned why I was told over the phone that they did provide this service, she responds that she won’t do a repair. Then proceeded to act as if she did not understand English and walked away. This behavior is so inappropriate and completely disrespectful. There was no one in the salon, she was not busy. To turn away business because it is a repair is extremely unprofessional. I might have become a regular client if she treated me respectfully and had provided the repair, instead she turned away a potential new paying client. When questioned why I was told over the phone that they did provide this service, she responds that she won’t do a repair. Then proceeded to act as if she did not understand English and walked away. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy sister and I went there about a week ago to get our nails done. An older man did my nails and he was so sweet and did an ok job. However, 2 of my sisters nails already popped off. They are very thick and lumpy. She felt as if the lady (who we think is the owner Bi) was rushing since I was done and they were closing soon. As she was doing my sisters nails she told my sister how the previous customer she was doing her nails has gained weight and is “fat”. My sister and I went there about a week ago to get our nails done. An older man did my nails and he was so sweet and did an ok job. However, 2 of my sisters nails already popped off.
