I’ve been here once before today. The first time wasn’t so bad however both times customer service was pretty bad. There’s no one to greet you, or even inquire about what you need. I made an appointment to come back because I really needed a pedicure, I get back and I’m taken back for the worst pedicure ever! Honestly I didn’t even let the guy finish. I decided I could do what he’s doing at home myself.. paid and left. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

So I’ve sat on what I was going to say for a few days. Because I didn’t want to write a review while I was angry. I can’t even put into words how upset I was and still am. So I’ve actually went in for a full set of gel nails. Everything with tip came out to $78 I thought I could live with how my nails looked but after getting home I had decided to remove and cut them down. They were too long after I said I wanted active length. And the tips that were put on were at such a bad angle my nail looked like they were all facing upward .

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTom was phenomenal. I showed him a pictured from Pinterest and he replicated it exactly how I wanted. Since i moved 2 years ago I haven’t been able to find a new nail spot. This is my new nail salon! I had two nails ripping off and he made sure to be gentle and not hurt my nail in the removal process. Great value, great work! Love it!

This is, by far, my favorite nail salon. I have always found them to be very accommodating, professional and the best value. Everytime I went there I had a great time. It’s extremely clean, the entire staff are attentive & detailoriented.. which I feel is imperative！

Tom does a great job. I could do without all the cigarette smoke and get skeeved with the smoking then doing my nails with the same gloves, then going right to the next person. Nails look good but I left smelling like cigarettes from them smoking outside and it coming right in the door. Gel manicures
