Efficient and expert professionals, although lacking in customer service. I went two days in a row and felt as if I was a burden; on day one I was asked to wait and day two I was told they were too busy. I asked to make an appointment where I and was handed a flyer with a number to call. I went elsewhere to get my haircut where I was provided top notch customer service.

Went in today for a haircut, as I always have for many yrs; Anna who cuts my hair told me as soon as I walked in the front door she wouldn’t be able to cut my hair for 2-3 hrs because she was doing a dye job. I asked the other lady who works there if she can cut my hair; she told me she doesn’t know how to cut men’s hair as she was on her cell phone and laughing with Anna. I’ve come in before where Anna would cut my hair in between doing a dye job, and there was no other customers there. I thought they were both very rude and made me feel as if I was a bother to both of them. I found a barber shop where they actually put the customer first!
