Extremely poor customer service! I walked in put my name on the board, then another customer walked in and one of the barbers asked him if he needed a cut, so i basically got skipped. No other barbers acknowledged me. There were two barbers just chit chatting away and didn’t even ask if i needed a haircut or didn’t tell me that they would be right with me or nothing. Ive come here before and i am extremely disappointed. I will not continue to bring my business here and i encourage others to shop around for more professional establishments.

Where do I begin? This place is not only unique but exceptional in both quality of work but surroundings. There’s plenty to do for kids while parents get a haircut and yet the ambience is that of a classic New York apartment loft. This place is very, very cool. Let’s not forget about the staff, most important of all. Super good personalites, Vanage is so cool! Great haircut!

The cut I got here was nothing out of the ordinary as far as what I normally get elsewhere. I went here because they accept credit cards. The drawback was that the cut was more than what I normally pay, and when the tip was added (30% minimum) as appeared on the barber’s cell phone credit card processor, it was unusually expensive for a simple no frills cut.
