Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy son and I have been getting our hair cut by Jessica at Bancroft for over a year now and she is the best. I’m sure she gives hundreds of haircuts in between our visits but she treats us like we are her only customers. It’s amazing how she remembers how we like it cut and conversations we’ve had from previous visits. I don’t know how anyone can be in such a good mood all the time but she has that gift. The quality and consistency of the cut is always on point. My son and I have been getting our hair cut by Jessica at Bancroft for over a year now and she is the best. I’m sure she gives hundreds of haircuts in between our visits but she treats us like we are her only customers. It’s amazing how she remembers how we like it cut and conversations we’ve had from previous visits. I don’t know how anyone can be in such a good mood all the time but she has that gift. The quality and consistency of the cut is always on point. I highly recommend this place and Jessica in particular.

Recently moved back to Barnstable and needed a barber closer to my house and new job. Heard good things about Bancroft Brothers so I decided to check them out. Great location and super clean shop. Everyone in there is extremely friendly and helpful. That first time, Sam cut my hair. He was professional and gave me good guidance on how to cut my hair since I never know what to ask for. From start to finish the entire experience was awesome! It was super fast and easy to make my appointment over the phone. When I got there, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stopped in to bancroft brothers because I needed to get ready for a wedding. From start to finish the entire experience was awesome! It was super fast and easy to make my appointment over the phone. When I got there, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I haven’t been to a barber in 10 years, I cut my own hair because I’m super cheap…. That being said, Sam absolutely hooked it up!
