I had a hot stone massage almost two months ago at Balance of Body. Before going to my massage, I was experiencing lower back pain and spasms on a regular basis.. Im saying… at least once a week, sometimes even more frequently for at least 6 months. It was terrible. It got so bad that it almost started to feel normal to feel back pain. I don’t typically get massages, but a friend of mine referred me to Balance of Body and I figured it was worth a shot. When I tell you…. I haven’t had so much as a hint of back pain since…. I mean not even a hint! On top of that, my massage therapist unlocked tension I had in my legs and thighs that I didn’t even know my body was holding on to!! BLISSFUL RELIEF. It was the hot stones, the music… the knowledge and experience of my therapist! It was just absolutely wonderful! The best part, significantly more adorable than other massages I’ve received in the past that left me both disappointed and broke! Making my next appointment now!
