I’ve been trusting Emily with my very temperamental thick wavy colored hair for a year and a half now and let me just say she has made me LOVE my hair for the first time in my life!! Emily is incredibly talented and can either listen to and look at whatever ideas you have or choose a style that’s perfect for you. She’s great for both cut and color. I have a deep red base which is not the easiest to maintain but she takes the time to make sure it’s going to last. We’ve also done regular highlights and pink and purple highlights! This girl can do anything, and she does it with passion! My hair has never felt healthier or lighter which is suuuch a big deal.

Let me start with stating that I came to Emily rather reluctantly because I had already had two “hair traumas.” However, she made me feel at ease immediately. She listens to what you want and she is definitely very talented when it comes to both cut and color. I would also like to add that she is a wonderfully genuine person, which is rare in Dallas. If you want to be adventurous permanently or just for a couple of weeks, Emily is the woman! I’ve been with her for six years including school. She’s done everything from cutting my bangs perfectly every time, to shaving the side of my head, and dying my blonde hair magenta. She’s the one you go to after a break up and you want to look completely different (true story). I trust her with new ideas and taking image examples and recreating the look with my hair. My hair has always felt healthy and glossy, never dry and dull after bleach highlights. She really knows what she’s doing! Emily never fails to provide such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. You can just sit back, relax, and let her work her magic. I’ve never left with a haircut I didn’t like, not to mention she’s a hair coloring guru! I will continue to go to her until she quits cutting hair and even then I hope she makes the exception to cut and color mine! My hair is now spoiled and I can’t ever go back.
