Was barely greeted and now I’ve been sitting here for over 20 mins. My first set of dip nails wasn’t the greatest…and I was bleeding from 3 different fingers/nails…My ring finger nail has a big lump in it…all my nails are pitted and not smooth. Not all that impressed with the service that I recieved. I have quite a few friends that say this place is the best…It’s a shame I didn’t recieve that same quality of service. I won’t be going back!!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI did not get a chance to even sit in the lobby chair. I walked in, and the man ask me what I needed done. I told him manicure dip & he told me not today. It was 2pm in the afternoon on a Friday. I will never be back again!!

Critical: QualityI’m sorry but this place is a HELL NO from me. The only thing good was the pedicure I got but my nails look horrible! First off the guy doing them was holding onto my fingers so damn hard to the point where it hurt! And he didn’t even do the pink color I wanted right and left it smeared. I’m never returning here.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in for a pedicure today 5/15 and they refused to serve me because I wasn’t wearing a mask. All the employees were wearing mask, good for them, BUT the customer getting a manicure was NOT wearing a mask. So I don’t know why I was refused service for a pedicure? It’s not right when you pick and choose to enforce rules for different people! I went in for a pedicure today 5/15 and they refused to serve me because I wasn’t wearing a mask. All the employees were wearing mask, good for them, BUT the customer getting a manicure was NOT wearing a mask. So I don’t know why I was refused service for a pedicure? First time I came to this place, I had a wonderful experience. the second time I came back I was in so much pain for my pedicure from all of the cuts that I had but I didn’t know if I would want to come back. I gave it another chance and I have to say I still don’t think they did a great job. I’m not sure what’s going on cuz the first time was wonderful but I think I might be finding a new place
