If I could rate this place ZERO, I would. I called ahead and scheduled a gel pedicure and manicure. The owner, whatever her name is is so rude, rushed, and aggressive. She scrubbed my fingernails, grabbed my hand roughly, for a manicure that was not well done whatsoever. After seeing she was the service provider for my pedicure also, I decided against going through with a pedicure to save myself the frustration of walking away underwhelmed and dissatisfied. I instead, asked for polish change on my toes. She did that, and I was shocked to learn my total was $80! I questioned her on the price, and how on earth a color change could cost that much, when times I have come in for a full pedicure with other service providers, and recieve a full lavender spa pedicure, it is about 100! She completely gave me BS excuses and reasons that made NO sense at all, and I reluctantly paid for the service, and left the store. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! I usually go to see Emily, who is amazing and so sweet. However, the experience with this horrible woman, was enough to know that I will never support this business again. It is OVERPRICED, RUSHED, and UNWELCOMING. The reviews on this place speak for itself, and if you want to recieve an service and not feel robbed at the end of it, for them doing nothing, please save your money and go elsewhere. I cannot even believe that this place is still open with the amount of bad experiences and treatment that happens here.

I had the most awful experience here! The management was extremely rude and rough with my nails. I have never had an experience that hurt this badly before in my life. The manager was speaking to me very condescending and I will not be returning. Manicure

I’ve been a costumer here since 2014 and have always been more than happy with the service. I love the message at the drying station. It is the only place I’ve gone to that does a really good buff and shine. Also all there spa pedicures are amazing and so luxurious. They are also so great with my daughters! Love Azena!

I have gotten a pretty shotty pedicure from here before, but decided to give this place another try. My nails are short and ugly so I wanted to get gel overlay to shape and lengthen and feel pretty for the spring. When I sat down the nail tech immediately whipped out a box with nail extensions. Proceeded to tell me my nails were too short for a gel extension. Ok. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which were natural looking, short/medium length. I should have known something was wrong when she began putting a French tip of gel on the nail over the extension. She kept getting up (no lie) 6 times to greet customers and answer business phone and cellphone without a single apology. The result: lumpy nails (again no lie), uneven French lines where you can see my nail underneath and hammer shape! This cost me $120.00 I went back later in the day to fix the humps and bubbles and should have just asked for my money back because she kept telling me how BEAUTIFUL they look and they clearly to anyone with eyes would look lumpy, uneven and gross. I will post pictures so no one else gets taken like I did.

Recently went to try out this nail salon and it was great. I got the regular manicure/pedicure and service was quick and swift! They have an assortment of different colors and they use Essie and Opis color. Regular manicure is $12 and regular pedicure is $25, but the mani/pedi combo is $35. Their pedicure tubs were lined with a tub liner so that was very hygienic of them. This place is new and the salon interior design is chic, they also have a lovely staff. Location is great, since it is located inside a shopping center. To top everything off, I got a coupon in the mail for joining their mailing list, so I will definitely use it next time I go.

As a dude, it’s always interesting the reaction you get in a spa. I’m new to the pedi life and azena was great at explaining everything and ensuring I got what I wanted and didn’t pay for the stuff I didnt.
