Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe salon is to cramped, I don’t know if this sounds weird but the nail tech had her face too close to my foot during scrubbing it made me uncomfortable. That was only the tip of the iceberg. The internet in the store went down the I assume owner called AT&T to resolve the issue he was so loud and rude to the costumer service person on the phone he walked through the salon screaming at his phone to AT&T on speaker. The salon is so small that everyone in the salon was silent and had no choice but to listen. I asked for a gel manicure and I got a shellac she never did any gel… the shellac had clumps in it and were sharp. The next day the clumps of shellac fell off ruining the nail. My pedicure was done very poorly she cracked my toe nail with a tool and I had to pull it off. Not good service. I will say the prices are quit cheap but so if the service yikes . The salon is to cramped, I don’t know if this sounds weird but the nail tech had her face too close to my foot during scrubbing it made me uncomfortable. That was only the tip of the iceberg. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went yesterday for a regular pedicure. I set my stopwatch when she began because I’ve noticed that they were getting shorter and shorter. It took a total of 12 1/2 minutes to complete my pedicure! There was someone in the seat before me, and bowl was just rinsed out, not sanitized. I don’t even think that the tools are sanitized. Now, I haven’t had a pedicure in over six month, and I had no cuticle growth?! The massage was maybe 15 seconds long. I chose the newest looking bottle of nail polish because so many were separated and oily. I went yesterday for a regular pedicure. I set my stopwatch when she began because I’ve noticed that they were getting shorter and shorter. It took a total of 12 1/2 minutes to complete my pedicure! There was someone in the seat before me, and bowl was just rinsed out, not sanitized. I don’t even think that the tools are sanitized. Now, I haven’t had a pedicure in over six month, and I had no cuticle growth?! The massage was maybe 15 seconds long. I chose the newest looking bottle of nail polish because so many were separated and oily. I will never go back here and suggest that you don’t either.

By Monday the polish on my left had started to peel off on two of my fingers. I called the salon to explain what happened and the woman and that answered was extremely rude… almost like she didn’t believe me. She abruptly said that I can just come in the next day and she will check and look at my nails.. why would a sabotage this? I wouldn’t. Without looking at the job she said that they would just touch it up and I explained that others are starting to lift and she was actually mad. There was no apology, no concern, nothing but rudeness which I would think that is the last thing you would want. I will never ever go back just based on the reaction and how they take care of customers. You would think that they would like to take care of people and make them return customers. I will be a one – timer for sure and implore anyone else to go somewhere else. So I went to this salon and had a Mani / Pedi – Gel polish. They looked great.. this was a Friday. By Monday the polish on my left had started to peel off on two of my fingers. I called the salon to explain what happened and the woman and that answered was extremely rude… almost like she didn’t believe me. My eye doctor and tanning salon are in the same strip mall as Awesome Nails. I noticed there was a new nail salon and decided to give them a try one day. I went in last Thursday and received THE BEST pedicure I’ve ever had! Wan was very friendly and took her time on my nails. I highly recommend giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be back from now on!

They did horrible job on my nails and my friend nails and made us pay 200$. While we were there, they were talking about us very loud using their own language. Please do not go to this nail place. They are mean nasty and very rude. They did horrible job on my nails and my friend nails and made us pay 200$. Unfortunately I really have to get my nails done that day due to wedding so I couldn’t just stand up and leave but if you really have another choice pls think 3 times before you walking or book any appt w any technician.
