Critical: ValueI’ve come here a few times. I got the dip like I usually do. They apparently mixed in the organic dip colors with the regular dip colors and never told me there was any difference, then charged me $45 for a dip polish change. I’m outraged. I have never, would never pay that much. The response from the nail tech was “ you already did the service” You have to pay.”Wow!!! I will never step foot in here again!!! They apparently mixed in the organic dip colors with the regular dip colors and never told me there was any difference, then charged me $45 for a dip polish change. I’m outraged. Dont even bother going here. Too expensive and bad service. Never have I been asked to file my own nails when all i asked was to get them straighter. My nails were shaped at an angle not straight at all. Lady said you wanna file them yourself. She sat there for less than a minute filing them with no effort and then passed me filer. What the hell. Just walk away from this place. Also she charged me $5 for filing my own damn nails.

They are very unprofessional I walked in an as I was standing there for 20 mins she asked with a attitude what I want an I said pedicure and acrylic she said no I dont have time for acrylic only pedicure now it’s only one woman doing pedicures. They close at 7:30 an its 2:00 so I just said thank you an walked out. Yes I’m pulling the race card I’m black so o know that’s what it was cause again I was standing there for 20mins before I was ask for service while they walk around. It was only one other woman in there getting a pedicure I was the second customer in there.

Walked in for a eyebrow wax and the lady was doing a pedicure, she asked me to come back but then said she’ll go ahead and do it anyway. She stopped the pedicure and walked me to the back. She really thought she was just going to touch my face after doing a pedicure without washing her hands.

i stopped in to get my eyebrows arched. the technician stop doing a pedicure and called me back to arch me without washing her hands. i ask her if she would please wash her hands. she said i use hand sanitizer, i’m thinking to myself when did you do that,i was right behind you. anyway, she became very upset that i insisted she wash her hands before putting them in my face after working on another customer’s feet. i laid down she rub the little brush across my eyebrow and said”i can’t do you well” without further drama i got of the dirty bed and left letting everyone know she didn’t treat me because i ask her to wash her dirty hands. will never go here again.

This place was a total waste of time and money. Osho the lady of picture of what I wanted and she said yes she can do it and she did something completely different and it did not turn out good. When I asked her to redo something she got an attitude and she was very rude more than once.
