I was walking to go wash clothes at the laundromat next store when someone from this salon came out and starting yelling at me about not being able to park where I parked. Mind you, I was parked on the street and had checked the sign before exiting my vehicle. I ignored her at first because I was confused at why the heck this lady was yelling at me in front of other people so I just said okay, I will move it so she would stop yelling and embarrassing me. When I came back out I checked the sign again and called the Downey PD to verify that I was legally parked and NEVER moved the car. My only assumption is the dolt saw me walking up from the street and just assumed that I came out of one of the cars parked in one of the spots clearly marked for the salon. I am new to the area and would never try this salon due to that unprofessional behavior. Employees behavior especially when working reflects the salon.

Beat place to get your hair done! Patty is and will always be my go to girl! My family and I have been getting our hair done with her for a couple of years now and never fails to amaze me with her great work…she is the most honest person she will answer all your questions and be very truthful when it comes to trying different things on your hair I’ve been blonde, burgundy even purple hair and my hair is not burned neither damaged she is definitely the best If you’re looking for a place where they won’t damage your hair and give you great results this is the one! Make sure to ask for Patty! 🙂

I got a hair cut and was not chopped correctly. I had longer pieces then other. I liked the the convo but the girl didn’t know how to cut. She curled my hair so I didn’t notice when I was at the salon but then noticed once I wash my hair. I forgot her name but she had glasses on.
