Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismReally looked forward to a massage from Aura while being a fitness member at Vida. Aura Spa canceled on my appointment twice which were both booked a month out in advance. Both were due to being understaffed which is understandable during these times. However it would have been much better customer service if they would have reached out to schedule a new appointment, since they had canceled last minute the night before. Really looked forward to a massage from Aura while being a fitness member at Vida. Aura Spa canceled on my appointment twice which were both booked a month out in advance. Both were due to being understaffed which is understandable during these times. I’ve been going to Aura Spa at Vida for about 4 months now and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. I have extreme tension in my neck and back, but with consistent treatments at Aura Spa, I’m finally feeling relief (after years of trying other spas/services with no luck). The massage therapists here truly care about what is aching you and work to achieve results to make sure you leave in a better state. The staff is incredible and the environment is very welcoming and safe. Couldn’t recommend more to anyone looking for a great massage!
