The salon was able to squeeze me in same day, which was great. The stylist, Kali, was wonderful. I could tell she was very busy but still gave me a perfect cut, even though it was a drastic change from how I walked in there and took some extra work. She knows her craft and I was very satisfied. I sat in a chair with wet hair covering my face while Kali the stylist took a phone call and then walked around aimlessly to look for a product a customer came in for. She barely paid attention to trimming the ends of my hair, her technique was sloppy, and the result was poor. She charged me for a haircut, not a trim. There are no excuses for disrespecting a paying customer.

The stylists are very knowledgeable and up to date! Everyone is very friendly! The salon is clean and well maintained! You can schedule online and they send text reminders! My stylist is wonderful at cutting my hair and the prices are very reasonable!
