Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI was referred to Jenifer at this salon by an acquaintance. So I made an appointment about 2-3 weeks out. I arrived a few minutes before my 9 am appointment and checked in. 9:10 goes by then 9:20 and nothing. I would expect her or someone to at least acknowledge me and tell me she is running late, but nothing. Finally at 9:30 I had enough and told receptionist I couldn’t wait any longer then walked out. I arrived a few minutes before my 9 am appointment and checked in. 9:10 goes by then 9:20 and nothing. Very kind and friendly people here.they know what they are doing and do a great job. I’ve been coming here for about two years now and have never had anything short of excellent service. Jennifer does a wonderful job on my hair.

I am new in town and was looking for a new beautician to establish a relationship with. When I called, they could have fit me in that day but I couldn’t make it then. I got my haircut a few days later with Steffi, who was both professional and friendly. She took great care to make sure my hair was cut evenly. I was very pleased and made another appointment. During the consultation I was quoted a price range and I was agreeable. When done I was charged more then what was agreed. I don’t think I should be charged more because someone (Steffi) is slow…like ridiculously slow. In the end did we get what we asked for…..no not really but it’s something we can live with. I would not recommend going to Steffi for balayage at this time. I am giving 3 stars only because we can live with the end result but would not go back to Steffi.

Moving from your home state to a new location is difficult enough. I was fortunate to find Attitudes 7 years ago and have been happy ever since.During covid the salon was kept clean with chairs sprayed after ever customers and masks worn by staff and customers.Great salon

We tried Attitudes for the first time today for two kids cuts and had an amazing experience. Both women did wonderful jobs with the girls hair. They’re in love with their cuts, dead ends gone. Nothing but healthy beautiful hair. Definitely return customers.
