The quality, service and value were the same if not better than the first time!!We only wish we lived closer (we are from MD) so we could get weekly massages here!!We come here when we visit AC. The first visit was because I found them on Groupon. We came back for the quality of the massages!!We like firm/deep tissue massage and they deliver!! They also incorporated hot rocks and warm towels in the experience. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe couple massage was amazing!!! We get massages a lot, but this one was top notch!! The receptionist Kevin SUPER NICE and welcoming!! Our masseuses Jenny and Coco were very thorough and you can tell they know exactly what they are doing! Definitely recommend!! I wish we lived closer because we would definitely be regulars! The couple massage was amazing!!! We get massages a lot, but this one was top notch!! The receptionist Kevin SUPER NICE and welcoming!! Our masseuses Jenny and Coco were very thorough and you can tell they know exactly what they are doing! Definitely recommend!! I wish we lived closer because we would definitely be regulars! If you dont tip well, dont bother going, they deserve good tips! ‍♀️ ‍♂️

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy appointment was at 7:00. I got there at 6:50. I waited until 7:10 to get into the room. I saw they were busy so I was under the impression they were cleaning the room. When I got into the room it was obvious it was not cleaned from before. The person before me lipstick and make up was all over the table. I asked them to fix it and they just fixed it without apologizing (so I guess this is normal for them). Even when they changed the sheet they did not change the blanket that they used on the prior patient. Therefore the blanket they used to massage was used on me and the prior patient.The massage started at 7:15. After the massage I went to tip the massage therapist and they instantly started to laugh and speaking Chinese to each other in a way that was making fun of me.The man who massaged me stormed off. This being my first massage I was confused why so I asked if there was a problem. They stated that you didn’t tip the normal amount. Not knowing what the normal amount was I asked them what they expected. It was a 3 dollars difference. They humiliated me and made me feel terrible over 3 dollars. I gave them the 3 dollars but the whole effect of the massage went out the window after the way they made me feel.They were unprofessionalism and not clean and I was offered a free massage for their unprofessionalism but I rather take my business where it’s appreciated. Especially during the corona virus time, these kind of places have to be more careful about cleanliness. My appointment was at 7:00. I got there at 6:50. I waited until 7:10 to get into the room. I saw they were busy so I was under the impression they were cleaning the room. When I got into the room it was obvious it was not cleaned from before. The person before me lipstick and make up was all over the table. I asked them to fix it and they just fixed it without apologizing (so I guess this is normal for them). She was pleasant and concentrated on the special areas that I asked her to do. I highly recommend the Atlantic Holistic Center in Somers Point NJ.Kathy T

Critical: ProfessionalismSaw a Groupon for a couples massage at this location and, after seeing many positive reviews, decided to try it out. Called to set up the appointment over a week ahead of time, arranged babysitting for our kids, and made sure my husband had the day off. It was supposed to be a surprise for his birthday. When we arrived I noticed an odor of cigarettes but the worst part was the man there had no record of our appointment, and I am sure he was the person I had spoken to on the phone as I recognized his voice. He told us to come back in two hours. Well, I have a nursing infant and am not able to leave them for many hours on end, we also do not live very close and it would have been a 40 minute drive each way. Then he told us to come back the next day but my husband would be working 10 hour shifts for the next week and doesn’t often have free days for things like this. I went to a lot of trouble to set it up and keep it a surprise only to have it ruined because they didn’t write down a simple appointment. Needless to say I contacted Groupon for a refund and will not be going back to this place.
