I’ve been here twice before and had Helen. Good overall experience. I usually pay $60 for an hour, today it was $90? But anyway, tonight I had Gina and when I tried to tip she declined my amount and pulled out a tipping chart asking for double.This was new. Very awkward and not proper tipping etiquette. Tips are based on customer experience. If not, let them know ahead of service. She also stayed in the room to “clean” (only the top sheet gets changed and headrest cover switched, nothing wiped down) while I got dressed. I paid $120 total. High-end spa price for mediocre service and establishment. This place was convenient for me and the price was right but I might as well go to a real spa. I won’t be returning
