Critical: ValueI just had a full in done yesterday and I think the nails looked great but thought when finished they were paper thin even with gel polish on them. I have been getting my nails done for 10 years or better by the same man and only broke a few nails over the years and went without fill ins for a month at a time. Well I very rarely broke any nails doing average house hold work or even mowing yards, when I had my own business. Well just today alone I have broken 2 nails just doing household work. I am not pleased at all. I had one repaired earlier today at no charge of course, but when spending $40 for a fill in I expect them to last and not break when doing everyday living. I work for the sewer dept and never broke a nail there since June, until today and I have broken 2. I am hoping they will make this right and redo the whole fill in so that they won’t break less than 48 hours after having them done. If not I will NEVER return or recommend anyone to them. I just had a full in done yesterday and I think the nails looked great but thought when finished they were paper thin even with gel polish on them. I have been getting my nails done for 10 years or better by the same man and only broke a few nails over the years and went without fill ins for a month at a time. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf the nail salon is open on a Sunday you’re so lucky I even paid. They had a man put the nails on and he put my middle finger on completely crooked he tried to discreetly fix it and couldn’t so when I moved to the next chair I asked the lady to redo it and she took the same nail and glued it back on… still crooked so I asked her to file it better and she attempted to act oblivious… after very clearly noticing what nail was crooked just to re-glue the same CROOKED nail… so I asked if I could fix it myself she said yes and after I was done she offered me a job but she “didn’t see how it was crooked” it’s still crooked as a finished product yet they were trying to leave it as it was ‍♀️That’s not even all she kept trying to up-charge me after very clearly seeing I was unhappy w her work. She was very disrespectful and very obvious w making fun of my thumb which I usually don’t care about but her attitude was atrocious and completely unprofessional which it why I’m here… I usually never leave reviews like this but definitely worst nail tech experience I have ever encountered. I’d recommend hiring people with real talent instead of just family. Break the awfully sad cycle.
