I made an appointment for reflexology. I am not sure if the guy doing it knew much about reflexology. He was mostly giving a calf massage, until I had asked him to focus more on the soles of my feet and ankles. In addition, he used very little lotion and the constant friction was making my skin hurt. At the end I saw that it was not lotion being used, but rather, petroleum jelly. Took forever to get the greasiness off my legs and feet. I also do not think the sheets are changed. There was someone getting a massage next to me, then they left and they took another person right away. I did not hear any sheets being changed or even hand being washed. My masseuse, after touching my feet, didn’t wash his hands. He also took a call during my appointment to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. Overall, very disappointing. I would be willing to over look some of the things if the reflexology itself was good, but it disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

Great massage. Found all major problem areas without me having to specify where they were and spent extra time on them. Calm music. Felt great afterwards. A little tucked into the corner of the mall but they definitely understand muscle structure and anatomy.

So my fiancé and I got a couples massage for Asian Island in Emerald Square Mall. I called to set up an appointment and a man answers the phone saying “hello”. Unsure if I dialed the wrong number, I asked if this was Asian Island. He confirmed it was. Asked if I could set up an appointment for this Sunday. He responds by saying “call back in 10 minutes” I tried calling back for the next hour and no answer. The next day I call again and get the same man who answers the phone “hello” like he’s at home and not a business. Again, I ask if we can set up a couples massage for Sunday. He asks what time and I say how about 2pm. His response was “call back in 1 minute” I tell him that i tried to make an appointment yesterday and you told me to call back in 10 minutes. While I’m trying to also tell him that when I called back yesterday no one answered but he hung up on me. Now normally in a case like this I would just pick another place, but it’s a gift, I now have to figure out what to do. Very unprofessional and rude!!

Horrible customer service. I bought a Groupon to them and the dude kept trying to make me cancel or reschedule my appointment. This is AFTER we had already scheduled a time and date for it. And then I call back to make sure, and he was still trying to get me to cancel. I told him no because I paid for this and booked the day before with time. And he said hold on and then just hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t ever go to this spot.
