Great work and very fast. she got every part of my face extra smooth fast first time coming to this location since it’s closer to my home then where my normal place to go to is and now I will be coming back more often. I had to keep telling the girl threading my eyebrows that they were uneven and missed some areas around brows. She seemed to get upset and started speaking to the employee in their language (Hindi) making comments about me to each other. I responded to them in Arabic. If you are doing a unsatisfactory job and client is asking to please address issues being brought to your attention, do so; but don’t make comments about the customer, in their presence. Be professional and respectful. I never go back or recommend this business to anyone.

It’s always hit or miss here. Rarely do I never not think, “well, better than tweeting them all…”. I don’t know if it’s because I have my eyebrows tattooed but I usually just get the random hairs that they miss which yes, annoying. I go back and forth between this location and foothills mall. It’s just really annoying that there is no consistency with the employees which is unfortunate since either location is easy access for me and I find threading 100 times better and longer lasting than waxing. If the work was excellent every time, I’d come back more often rather than every 2 to 3 months.

I usually go somewhere else to do my brows but I thought I would check them out. An well they don’t do a good job! My eyebrows are not shaped at all they left so many hairs around it looks messy an towards the end of my brow its almost bald! I shouldn’t have paid for it! I was in a rush an barley even looked at them when I left. An when I did they’re horrible! Don’t go there. I reccomend just string at south gate they’re WAY better! Horrible place! Y’all need to learn what your doing before you touch anyone’s eyebrows!

I don’t know why I keep returning. After today there will be no returning. This is the 3rd bad experience in a matter of months. KRISTA RUINED my eye brows. I have my engagement photos in 3 days and idk what I’m going to do!!! I’m person I confronted her about them being uneven and VERY thin. She kept arguing that they were fine. I decided to take a look at home and what a nightmare !!!! I told her a CLEAN UP. She completely redesigned my eye brows. Not my natural shape. And my left was left with a high round arch. I haven’t stopped crying. This is the 2nd incident with her. Very rude. Idk why she is still employed. When I called her she didn’t even bother to apologize. And told me it wasn’t a big deal just to grow them out and she had to go because she was with a client. I am starting to believe she did this on purpose. DONT GO HERE.

Worst location ever I highly recommend the location on Broadway. They give you look at your eyebrows in a mirror that’s far from your face as soon as I got in my car and noticed they had left a bunch of hair and cut a whole chunk of the end of my eyebrow off I called back demanding a refund and to speak to a manager she said there is no manager and kept asking me to go back to fix my eyebrow when I clearly don’t her there is just no absolute way they are able to fix it. I don’t know how they passed to do eyebrows they absolutely suck I have never had a problem at the Broadway location this place needs to be shut down

Worst threading place ever! I am shocked such a shop is doing business in this town. I got 3 cuts on my forehead and upper lip. The eye brows were differently shaped and there were extra hairs here and there. Even on telling many times, they could not correct it. Everything that could go wrong with a threading, went wrong. And the price was $ 17 for eyebrow n upper lip..I went there yesterday and my cuts are still painib today. I want to sue them.

I’ve only been to this location. I like it alot I usually go to the same girl she does an amazing job on my eyebrows. Ive tried different employes but they are not the same. I wish I remembered her name. Well I’ll be in there when they open I’ll ask her name and update this.
