My wife went into there Friday the 11th of Feb. to use her certificate that I bought her during Christmas, told us that did not need to make an appointment during that time and a week ago called to conform it as she went into the place of business, she told her that she had an appointment and that need to comeback another day, and when I called she said that she could of came back later that day and told her wanted a refund and she told me that they don’t do refunds.
