Fast service, very clean, friendly staff, not so detailed. It was my first time here, I love that they took me as a walk-in very fast, and they had so many colors to chose from! I was serviced by two guys, even though they seem experienced they were not detailed. One who did my acrylics, didn’t do well the top coat it was uneven and one nail was not finished… the second guy had to fix it. That guy did my feet and as you see the nail polish was not sharp, it looks choppy… and the nail trim was not even neither. I know they try to rush not to delay other customers (thank you), but just a little more attention to detail will make a great experience! I will give it another try maybe during the week when it’s not so busy.

I did my service with Lisa, and let me tell you I love her work, every time I go to her she is very friendly and nice, and takes her time designing the nails you want. She doesn’t rush, and she won’t hesitate to fix anything you need! She also takes her time throughly cleaning my feet when it comes to pedicures. More over, all in all the place is very sanitized and clean, and the customer service is amazing!!! 10/10 I would recommend someone to come here you won’t be disappointed!!

Rude staff! I normally get my nails done before my toes so they can match. Upon the establishment not having any nail techs available i was forced to do a pedicure first. I showed a photo to tech of the color i wanted. She brought out a pallet with only a few options in the color scheme i requested. I had to settle for the closest thing. Once i started my hands with someone else because she didn’t expertise in hands and showed him the photo for the design i wanted … he brings out the exact color i wanted. I then tell him my toes need to match because that’s the color i wanted initially. I was fussed at and told i need to pay extra. I refused as i was given a pallet that did not have that color included. I spend $200 with this company per two weeks on nails and feet and was treated like my money isn’t good. I’ve been going to asia nails for years to come but I will never come back.

I really hate to do this but it was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. So my nail technician was awesome and very on point! She was so careful so I hate to do this. Definitely want to give Taina a great review, she deserves 5 stars. However while doing my nails an older brother began to argue with another sibling. He began to embarrass her in front of everyone, he even stated his age, 38, which for a 38 year old he acted and spoke soooo inappropriate to her. I understand family quarrels but in front of several customers. The other siblings came to her rescue and attempted to stop it but he kept going and going, this lasted about 15 minutes. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to cry for her. The things he was saying we’re just awful. Anyways from there he finally stepped outside and the salon began to slowly go back to the “chill” ambiance. Not going back because clearly their professionalism and family have no clear boundaries. Just very odd….
