The first time I went I was disappointed, but I was referred to Tracy by a friend and I will never have anyone else do my nails again! Tracy was meticulous about the shape and filed from every angle. She did an amazing job painting and understanding what I wanted from the beginning.

I’m a little disappointed with my experience here. To start off, the staff are not friendly. Secondly, for the price I paid for my super simple manicure you would think they would come out perfect. After leaving I realized the gel went on top of my skin, didn’t think much of it. After a day or two it started lifting up and looks so ugly!

Update: 5 stars down to 2 stars. They’re only nice to you the first time you come in. My fills after that were up-charged for no reason, staff were rude and inattentive, my nails went from almond shaped to stiletto without my permission (just so they could change more), and they still expected a big tip – their system starts at a 20% tip option, then only goes up from there.

I cannot recommend this place.

I’ve been a regular with Holly for almost a year. Each time has been more disappointing. This is the last time I pay $45 for a job like this. She blamed my short nails for the bad job. No girl, it’s the sealant you pour on that is damaging my fingertips. It has nothing to do with my cuticles. If you paid attention to your client in front of you instead of literally everyone else maybe you would have done a better job. I’m really stunned that you thought this was an acceptable job.

They started off good. The place looks very nice inside but it depends on who you get as a technician whether you’ll get good service or not. The last time I went my nails looked better before I got them done then when she was finished with them. I only requested a dip removal. I arrive at my appointment time. I’m told to sit and wait. The tech never calls me over. After 15 minutes a different tech walking by me points and says she’s ready for you. How would I know that, I’m not a mind reader. I sit down and she says nothing. Puts my hands in a bowl and leaves for a very long time. Finally she returns barely removed all of my dip powder, she didn’t even file them evenly. The only words she said was “you’re done”. They looked horrible. I had to go to another salon to get them cleaned up and presentable. The removal is $5. They charged me $10. I emailed about the price but no response. My husband tried them once also for a pedicure he said everyone around him was having wine and engaging with the technicians. His tech said nothing at all and didn’t even offer him a drink of water. It probably was the same tech I had but they don’t wear name tags so no idea who they are. We won’t be using them again.

Had a wonderful experience here! The place was very clean and the staff was kind. I had a manicure and pedicure and both were done wonderfully! The prices are good for the quality you get. So very impressed and will definitely be going back!

Quilty has really gone down hill. My acrylics were horrible. I told my husband when I got home that I guaranteed my middle left finger would break because it was SO much thinner than the others. Sure enough, the next day in DISNEYLAND it broke off. And now my thumbnail (day three) is cracked. And I’m not hard on them. I’ve been eating and walking around. I’ve been here 6+ time and it gets worse and worse. I will NEVER come back to this place. Take your money elsewhere.

I am editing my review, I got my shellac mani done by Linh and she is so sweet and attentive and talented. The pedicures are hit or miss depending on who you get but reasonable prices for a beautiful salon
