Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuei never been humilated and disrespected at a salon like this in my life. I had previously recieved an estimate for some work i wanted to get done, and when the appintment date came, i was asked to show up 2 hours early( no problem), and when I arrived I was treated very poorly. I had asked for a balayage haircut and extensions added( already previously paid before covid). TERRY started doing something completely different, and received a lot of pushback when I was trying to explain what i wanted. when she finally listened, she changed the price on me and refused to complete the correct process in order to keep the original price. After she dried my hair, I asked when were we going to get to the haircut, and she angrily reacted by throwing her brush at the desk and taking a big *sigh*. Very unprofessional & very rude.
