Dr. omotade is a terrible human being at her practice is absolutely disgusting. When I went into her office I saw rats running everywhere. It makes no sense to me how a place that offers so many expensive services is so dirty and unkept. Besides this, Dr Omotade has a terrible attitude and was very unwilling to help patients. She has poor character. I have absolutely no clue how she went to medical school and came out, so nasty and rude. Besides that she’s very unprofessional, I also heard that she doesn’t pay her employees. Avoid this establishment by all costs and choose a better provider who isn’t also a thief.

This establishment is absolutely a joke. More especially Dr. Omotade or whatever the hell she calls herself is a thief! I was a valued customer that return time and time again to be serviced by. Dr Omotade just to find out that she doesn’t pay her employees. It’s 2023, who still doesn’t play pay their hard-working employees? If you have values and morals then I highly suggest that you don’t go here or give Dr. Omotade any of your business or money!

First off let me start by saying that this place is phenomenally Gorgeous. The Atmosphere is so calming and serene. I literally stayed for hours and read. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, from the manager to the valet. Everything about my experience was amazing. My masseuse was YELENA and she is absolutely incredible! She literally healed me. Her hands are wonderful and she has the best personality, making sure she has the right pressure and gives a through massage. I could not Thank her enough. She even gave me pointers on how to manage with my carpal tunnel and since my massage I have not had any problems with it. Thankyouuuu Art of Balance for making my self care day a one to remember. I will be coming back soon.

Went for my first time to get a 50 min massage with Yelena and I’m not kidding, but it may have been the best massage I’ve ever gotten in! The spa was beautiful, clean and relaxing. They provided loads of amenities like towels, robes, slippers, make up wipes, shower caps, tea and snacks as well as free use of their sauna and relaxation room. Yelena was my therapist and she did an amazing job – could not recommend her more! The sauna in the locker room is also a nice amenity after your treatment. I will definitely be back!

The tranquil water features, beautifully appointed spa decor, and soothing environment make it easy to relax, even with social distancing (thankfully) in place. Erica at the front desk is terrific and gave me a tour of the facilities (can’t wait to try the grotto!) and Alicia was very knowledgable and provided a targeted treatment for my skin needs.
