This was my first time at the shop. I recently moved back to town and needed to find a new salon. I’m very pleased with the service I received and the kindness of the staff. My nail technician explained the process to me as we went along because he could tell I was concerned about my nails coming out the way I wanted them to. I truly appreciated the extra effort he put forth to make sure I was at ease and understood what he was doing and that the final result would be exactly what I asked for.

Armonds Nails was on top of everything from the moment I walked in. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Steve was super talented and you could tell he cared for detail. To top it off, their prices are super affordable. This is definitely my new spot!

I came in in a pinch and while I was grateful they accommodated me, I was not treated very well by the the technician that did my acrylic nails. I think she was tired because when I came in she was working on another customer and probably she was looking forward to her lunch time. The lady that did my pedicure did okay. I have had better for the price. But the lady that did my acrylics was not very attentive. I have not done acrylics in more than 20 years due to a bad experience with my nail beds being burnt with the drill. I started to ask for her just to be gentle since I have fine nails, and that threw her off and while the male manager was nice and tried to explain to me why we needed a drill (I get it, my concern was how it’s used), my experience with her was not very pleasant. After cutting my nails, I requested they were brought down a bit and she wasn’t receptive and after she applied the powder then she proceeded to used the drill to bring them WAY down. I just didn’t say anything because at this point there was no way to communicate any better with her. Nails are okay, after spending $100 (tip included) I have to make the best out of the situation but I will not be going back.

Had a wonderful pre-reopening nail session today. Steve has made his salon so secure and clean. Every station is separated and has disinfectant sprays. I felt very safe and most of all completely satisfied with the work that was put in to keep us all safe. I highly recommend Armonds Nails to be your number one nail salon. It has been mine for 15 years. Where you walk in and everybody knows your name. Amazing, calm, peaceful atmosphere. Wonderful customer service. Best treatment I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Call for an appointment! Opens doors tomorrow May 19th!!! Enjoy!!!!
